The Personal Growth page offers media for understanding and developing our own uniqueness. In the same Psalm 139 above, David continues his thought in vs. 15-16 and vs.23-24: “You saw my body as it was formed. All the days planned for me were written in your books before I was one day old….God examine me and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any bad thing in me. Lead me on the road to everlasting life.”
There are many other biblical characters — which in hindsight — we can see an arc in their personal development. And just as in those men and women, God’s Spirit today is still directing us into circumstances and tools to help sharpen us. Our maker wants to refine our innermost core! He wants each of His children to have an inner strength and resolve to find out just how “fearfully and wonderfully made” He crafted each of us. Psalm 139:14

Our unique spiritual gifts combination plays a VERY important role in how we relate to others. It is that double blessing of joy that floods us, when we fulfill Jesus’ greatest instruction: “Love God with all of your heart, mind, soul, and strength…And love your neighbor as you love yourself.” Matthew 22:37-39
