Love Beyond Understanding

Have you ever looked at the world today and wondered why humans don’t seem to be evolving? We keep doing the same things over and over in history. A personal and collective problem.

Here is an even bigger problem. God – who is from another dimension beyond the universe He created for us – is so perfect, so pure, so holy, that in our corruptible state we would incinerate in His presence. But we weren’t always corrupted.

God could have folded His arms and said, “Too bad; too sad.” But He didn’t. The one true pure and holy God loves us deeply. So he Himself created a plan to offer humankind the only way out of our self-imposed destruction — both personal and collective.

Described throughout the Bible His incredible plan was unveiled in multiple pictures, all the way back to Genesis. It was Jesus. It had always been Jesus, His Son to be the salvation for a fallen corrupt world. (John 3:16-17)

For those who receive Him, Jesus promises that: through His demonstration of His unfathomable love for us, by facing pure evil on our behalf, dying for us on our behalf, then miraculously resurrecting three days later – Jesus reversed the curse Adam perpetuated in us. In our choice to accept Jesus as our Savior, God through Christ will: 1) Cleanse us from our sins, and from our inherited and perpetuating sinful nature. And, 2) He will give victory to us over spiritual and physical death. He first regenerates those willing with new souls, beginning here on earth when the willing ask Him.* He will complete His regeneration process in us, by exchanging our dead / corruptible bodies with new glorified bodies when He returns. Trusting in God through His provided Son Jesus, guarantees, we will begin living with the all loving / all just God in His kingdom, now and forever, never separated from Him again.

This good news of freedom from sin and death rocked the world as we had known it and still does for many today. For those willing and humble to acknowledge their sin and let His Spirit in: the Kingdom of God intersects earth for them – now. A new age has begun!

* If you want His unique plan for your life, you can have it. Offer to God, a simple honest prayer to Him that includes:

Acknowledging that Jesus represents the One true God. That Jesus, His Father God, and His Spirit are all one, just as Jesus said.
Acknowledge that God created you, and knows everything about you, and still loves you beyond your understanding.
Acknowledge that you, like all humanity need God’s forgiveness for sin – in both actual sins and an internal sin nature.
Ask for His forgiveness, by trusting that Jesus, died in your place on the cross for you — personally.
Ask Him to send His Spirit into your life, to live with you.
Ask His Spirit to be the author and perfecter of your faith, to teach you to grow in His ways.
Thank Him for providing His Son Jesus as His supernatural sacrifice for you. A sacrifice made, so you don’t have to walk alone in this world, and take the natural punishments of sin and death.

… and He WILL forgive you! He WILL come into your life.. And, He WILL begin working on you! Notice that it is God’s plan for your salvation. Not yours. And God’s work to build your faith. Not yours… some welcome relief! He knows best. It is why this one and only true God has done what no other false god has ever claimed to do. He pursues us. We simply have to trust Him, as a child trusts and obeys a parent.

Share the good news with others. Everybody needs Jesus. He is the Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6. In Him there is no competition of culture; race; religion; rich; poor; no condemnation of our past – even through to death itself, and beyond into eternity.
